Chromebook Support

If you need assistance with your Chromebook device, please contact our technical support team [email protected].

Important note: our ticketing system will only accept requests from wc314.org emails through our parser.  If you have issues with gmail, please contact your Teacher for assistance entering a request.

For best results, make sure your request has the following information:

  • Your Name
  • School (WCHS,WCMS)
  • Room Number (Home Room if applicable)
  • Description of Issue (Will not boot, Cracked Screen, etc)

 

We will triage all requests and respond on the basis of severity.  Misuse of the ticketing system will result in disciplinary action as discussed in the Student Handbook.
